Bench testing
Click injectors, fire coils, home the ETB, and test relays without an engine.

TunerStudio and the rusEFI console can actuate outputs on the bench. This is how you prove a loom before it goes in the car.
01Power
B18, grounds, and B23 if you are testing ETB or high-sides. Fuse everything.
02Injectors
Bench-test each low-side. You should hear the injector click. A silent injector is wiring or a dead driver — not the VE table.
03Relays
Actuate LS 13 (main), LS 16 (pump), LS 15 (fan). Listen for the click at the relay, not at the ECU.
04Coils
Only with a proper spark gap or the coil on the engine. Do not spark in an open pan of fuel. A weak orange spark is dwell or 12 V; no spark is the 5 V output or the coil.
05ETB
Command 0, 20, 50, 100 %. Confirm TPS follows. Unplug a TPS and confirm limp.
